OVERVIEW
Tom is a consultant in the Dublin office's Commercial Property team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm. Tom and is widely recognised as one of the most experienced commercial real estate lawyers in Ireland. He is also known for his extensive contacts both in Ireland and internationally. Tom also acts as an independent non-executive director for a number of companies.
BACKGROUND
Tom joined the Maples Group in 2016. He was previously a senior partner and a former head of real estate at one of Ireland’s largest domestic law firms. He has been a qualified practitioner since 1975. Tom has been recommended by a number of legal directories including Chambers Europe and Who's Who Legal.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Tom is a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public, an accredited mediator with CEDR and a member of the Irish Commercial Association. He is the sole Irish member of the Anglo American Real Property Institute.
