OVERVIEW

Patrick is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He specialises in the formation and restructuring of all types of investment funds and advises clients in the asset management industry. He also has extensive experience of international debt capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions.

BACKGROUND

Patrick joined the Maples Group in 2010 and was elected as a partner in 2015.  He previously worked for an international law firm in the Cayman Islands, and Sidley Austin LLP in London, where he completed a secondment to Citigroup's fixed income desk.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Patrick is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
