Mary McHugh

OVERVIEW

Mary has extensive experience and knowledge of the Irish funds industry and the provision of corporate administration to various types investment fund vehicles and management companies.  While primarily acting for Irish investment fund companies, Mary has also gained experience providing corporate secretarial services to structured finance entities.  She primarily specialises in the coordination of and attendance at director, committee and shareholder meetings, the preparation of minutes, communicating with the boards of directors on all aspects of company secretarial, Irish company law and corporate governance matters.  Mary acts as the main point of contact for both clients and service providers.
