Marc Randall

OVERVIEW

Marc provides liquidation services to a wide range of companies and limited partnerships including hedge funds, private equity funds and structured finance vehicles in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and Hong Kong. He has also acted as a director on a number of Cayman Islands’ companies.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Marc worked with Kroll (Cayman) Limited as a senior, assisting with liquidations and forensic accountant engagements in the financial services industry. Prior to that he worked for PPB Chartered Accountants in Australia as a Supervisor, where he progressed a wide variety of insolvency and restructuring engagements including voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations.
