Advising on the laws of the BVI, the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Jersey and Luxembourg, our global Funds & Investment Management team provides expert legal advice on listing services on the major global stock exchanges including the CSX, ISE, TISE and LuxSE. The team can advise on, and act as listing agent for, listings for a variety of specialist debt, corporate debt and "Eurobonds", derivative and fund products.
