OVERVIEW
Jennifer is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She advises on the establishment, ongoing operation and regulation of all types of UCITS and AIFs including funds of funds, master feeders, loan origination, managed account platforms and real asset structures. She also advises on the establishment, ongoing operation and regulation of AIFMs and UCITS management companies.
Jennifer has particular expertise in the area of Sustainable Finance and ESG, advising asset managers on sustainable finance disclosure requirements and related matters as part of compliance with the EU's Sustainable Finance Action Plan.
BACKGROUND
Jennifer joined the Maples Group as a trainee in 2013. Upon qualification in 2016, she joined the Funds & Investment Management team.
