Janelle is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. Her practice covers corporate and finance matters involving Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, pre-IPO restructuring and financings, initial public offerings and general corporate and commercial transactions.BACKGROUND
Janelle joined Maples and Calder in 2013. She previously worked in the corporate services team of Tricor Group in Hong Kong. Janelle is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
