Heidi Chapman

OVERVIEW

Heidi heads up the Cayman Islands corporate secretarial team, one of the largest of its kind in the region; providing a full range of company secretarial services to the Cayman Islands funds from board support services, director registration / de-registrations, committee, shareholder and meeting services as well as company secretary appointments.  The team covers all aspects of board support services from board meeting preparation to meeting minutes and post meeting matters arising on behalf of the extensive portfolio of clients. 

Heidi provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of investment funds, private equity funds, unit trusts, holding companies and SPVs in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, , US, Bermuda and Ireland to a large and varied portfolio of clients.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Heidi worked at Elian Fiduciary Services (Cayman) Limited on the board support services team providing a full meeting service to a large portfolio of international clients, and later at Intertrust Cayman on the corporate secretarial and fund fiduciary teams providing board support to the directorship team.  In addition to fulfilling client requests of in respect of regulatory filings, registered office matters, investment approvals and corporate governance duties.
