OVERVIEW

Hailee is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  She has wide experience advising on all finance transactions including banking, fund financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), aircraft financing, structured finance (in particular CLO transactions), and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings.  Hailee also advises on general corporate and commercial as well as insurance matters. 

BACKGROUND

Hailee is a Maples Group scholarship recipient and joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2018.  Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2020, Hailee joined the Finance group.

Hailee is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association, 100 Women in Finance and 100 Women in Finance: NextGen.
