OVERVIEW

Gemma has extensive experience in the provision of corporate administration services to Irish domiciled investment funds, including coordinating and attending directors and shareholders' meetings, preparation of minutes, communication with boards of directors on relevant aspects of Irish company law, corporate governance and with the relevant contributors to and providers of information for board meetings.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Gemma worked at an international fund consultancy service provider and a specialist funds law firm in Dublin.
