Clare McIntyre

OVERVIEW

Clare is a Senior Listing Executive of Maples and Calder's Listing team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She specialises in the listing of exchange traded funds and investment funds on multiple European exchanges. She also provides advice on the listing of a range of debt securities.

Clare advises a wide range of clients on the initial listing and ongoing requirements across a number of exchanges such as Euronext Dublin, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Paris, Euronext Lisbon, Euronext Brussels, Deutsche Börse and Borsa Italiana. She also provides advice and assistance with admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Clare has particular expertise in the listing of ETF umbrellas across multiple jurisdictions.

Clare also provides listing advice for debt securities seeking a listing on Euronext Dublin (both its regulated market and MTF) and the Vienna Stock Exchange.

BACKGROUND

Prior to joining the Maples Group in 2016, Clare worked as a Regulation Executive in the regulation department of the Irish Stock Exchange (now Euronext Dublin), where she was a senior reviewer responsible for the review and approval of listing applications for a broad range of securities.
