OVERVIEW

Bryan has extensive operations leadership experience spanning multiple industries.  He is focused on continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction with an innovative approach based in technology.  Bryan has been a featured speaker domestically and internationally.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Bryan was the Director of Operations for MetLife Worldwide Benefits with oversight of accounts payable, benefits, billing, claims, collections, customer service and eligibility.  Prior to this, Bryan spent the majority of his career with MBNA America and Independence Blue Cross.  He has also worked at Preferred Sands and Corporation Service Company.
