OVERVIEW

Annabel is an associate in Maples and Calder's Corporate and Finance teams in the Maples Group's British Virgin Islands office. Annabel has a broad corporate and finance practice with particular expertise in banking and finance transactions, including acquisition, corporate and real estate finance, and corporate restructurings.

BACKGROUND

Prior to joining the Maples Group in 2021, Annabel worked as an associate in the real estate finance team at Addleshaw Goddard LLP in London.
