OVERVIEW
Anna is of counsel in Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's London office. She has experience advising on a wide range of Jersey corporate transactions and also regularly advises on financings (both lender and borrower side) and debt listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE). Anna has a particular interest in and has acted on a number of high profile corporate downstream private equity transactions.BACKGROUND
Anna joined the Maples Group in 2018 from another international law firm in Jersey. Anna has been recommended in The Legal 500 as a Rising Star for Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets where she was described as "exceptionally switched on". She has also been nominated as an Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners.
