OVERVIEW

Alex is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He specialises in the establishment and maintenance of private equity funds and other alternative investment funds.  Alex also advises on the regulatory aspects of Cayman Islands investment vehicles.

BACKGROUND

Alex joined the Maples Group in 2017 in the London office, before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2018.  He previously worked as an associate in the investment management group of Debevoise and Plimpton LLP in London.

Alex is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
